Związek z tematyką: - Gender dimension. The work addresses the under-representation of women in construction science and glass ceiling problem, as well as an approach focusing a loss of female professionals participation suffered by the construction sector the last decades. Gender balance in decision-making is encouraged as another transdisciplinary element of the created research and advisory teams, both of permanent or temporary character. - Responsible Research Innovation. The presented work belongs to sustainable management of natural resources expertise area focusing especially exploration, extraction, processing and also recycling of primary and secondary raw building materials. The project and its expected outcomes concentrate on new or improved systems integrating relevant processing of the Portland cement itself and mineral additions of natural and artificial origin as supplementary cementitious materials. In addition, the designed research innovation system pretends to contribute also as a sustainable and valuable tool for enhancing knowledge-based decisions in designing of optimised resultant materials for pathology problems will not occur when reinforced concretes nor mass concretes are used for building. - Keywords: waste sustainable management, Portland cement chemistry, service life planning, incinerated sewage sludge ash, cementitious materials
