About the project
The scope of the project covers industrial research and experimental development works aimed at developing and implementing product innovation - non-alcoholic gruit beer with unique nutritional and sensory properties. The goal of the project will be achieved thanks to the cooperation of the consortium established by the research organisation: Research and Innovation Centre Pro- Akademia and the company: Agro-Drink. Project tasks include developing and testing innovative production technology, formulation, prototyping, sensory, microbiological and storage testing of the new product, as well as developing, building and testing the pilot production pilot line. The result of the project will be implemented in the territory of the Republic of Poland, where in 2018 an 80% increase in sales of non-alcoholic beer was observed, which was the highest increase in Europe.
