About the project
The subject of the project is the development of a new product, modular interface and block for simultaneous testing of processes in laboratory reactors under controlled reaction conditions, configurable by their users.
The project covers development of a conceptual and technical project, a design for the expansion of the system and the interface prototype itself that allows simultaneous testing of chemical processes in a block with three integrated metal laboratory reactors, under conditions control. An additional feature will be the possibility of expanding the system with an independent block for simultaneous tests in laboratory glass reactors under controlled conditions, with magnetic mixing, with adaptive equipment. The innovation of the developed interface is the customization, i.e. the ability for users to create their own event parameterization (the so-called method), which determines the course of the research. Creating such a method will be intuitive and will not require specialised knowledge of building and operating interfaces. In addition, the system will include a secure, remote on-line control system. The interface will support a block with a structure enabling the operation of laboratory reactors in controlled conditions, with an integrated cooling system, adapted to the flow of the cooling medium and an independent heating system.
