Project for Open Innovation

At first all members were transferred to Technopark of Lodz where first part of the meeting took place. Our partners had chance to get familiar with the researches that are carried out in Medical Implant Laboratory. Thanks to kind help of MD. Marcin Elgalal they could also see how cutting edge technology 3D printers are used to create medical implants and forms that allowing of shaping titanium mesh are made. In this part of the meeting participants of InfoPro Project also discussed current budget, research itself, problems and possible solutions.

After first part of the meeting guests had an opportunity to take a short tour around Lodz. They saw how city is currently being modernized and renovated.

After the brake second part of the meeting took place. It was opened by presentation of Mr. Janusz Baranowski, who presented potential of Lodz Region within the possibilities of investments. Following his presentation Mr. Marcin Dudojc introduced idea of Open Innovation and how it is perceived and how companies can benefit from its principles. 



Subsequently Mr. Stanislaw Aleksandrow described how Bioenergy for the Region Cluster contributes to the idea of Open Innovation. Last three presentations were held by our partners who described their profile of activity.

  
 


Virtual Dimension Center was represented by Mr. Michael Gradwohl. He depicted how virtual reality and technology can be used to improve commercial planning and modeling.
 

 
 



Ms. Eszter Halász from Hungary showed how ZALA county Foundation is supporting development of small and medium enterprises.
 

 



Last but not least presentation was held by Mr. Oscar Tomico and Ms. Yuan Lu from Technical University of Eindhoven from Department of Industrial Design. Who familiarized audience with new ideas and solutions that they are working in their department.
 

 
 

This part of the meeting was concluded with discussion regarding different aspects of Open Innovation.
