New tools for SMEs in the transition to a circular economy

10-10-2025

On 24-25 September 2025, we had the pleasure of participating in the REUSE2030 project consortium meeting held in Graz, Austria. The event was an opportunity for intensive discussions on effective methods of supporting enterprises from the mechanical sector in transitioning towards practices aligned with the principles of the circular economy.
We focused in particular on the work plan for testing two innovative tools in 100 small and medium-sized enterprises from Central Europe:

  • Zero Carbon Tool – an application enabling companies to independently assess the carbon footprint of their products and identify opportunities for sustainable design and production optimization.

  • Digital Circular Inventory and App – a solution supporting companies in identifying suitable and sustainable circular economy practices.

In Poland, we will invite 10 enterprises to participate in the testing, which will begin in November.
The meeting in Graz was another important step towards implementing solutions that will help SMEs transform into more responsible and low-emission business models.
