Cross-Border Cooperation in the Framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy: The Eastern Partnership and Russia

We are happy to present you the monograph titled Cross-Border Cooperation in the Framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy: The Eastern Partnership and Russia.
The monograph is the result of the cooperation of 13 authors from Ukraine, Russia, Armenia and Poland, who worked together during the project “EU-European Neighbourhood-Russia: Cross-Border Cooperation in the Framework of regional Policy”. The project was realized for the Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission as part of its regional policy dialogues with non-EU countries.
The monograph was prepared and published by the Research and Innovation Centre Pro-Akademia as part of the series Acta Innovations. Editors were Mrs. Jana Pieregud and Mrs. Ewa Kochanska. Reviewers were Mr. Nikolay Lukjanovich and Mr. Krzysztof Falkowski.
We hope the monograph will be an interesting lecture and will encourage you to develop next joint projects and studies on international cooperation.
