1. The Controller of your personal data is Research and Innovation Centre Pro-Akademia based in Konstantynów Łódzki, Poland, at ul. 9/11 Innowacyjna Street, registered in the Polish National Court Register under number 0000171789 (registration court: District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register), NIP: 7281919068, REGON: 471342017, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller".

3. Your personal data is processed in order to answer your inquiry sent via the above contact form.

4. You may withdraw your consent at any time in any form. However, such withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

5. Your personal data may be transferred only to: authorized employees and associates of the Controller, an entity providing e-mail hosting services, an entity providing IT services, an entity providing legal services, and if required by law, also public administration authorities.

6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

8. You have the right to access your personal data, receive a copy of it, request the rectification of data, request its deletion (in the event of the situations described in Article 17 of the GDPR) or restriction of processing.

9. In addition, you also have the right to object to the Controller against the processing of your data in order to implement the Controller's legitimate interest. In such a situation, the Controller will cease to process data, unless they demonstrate the existence of valid legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or proves that it is necessary for them to establish, investigate or defend against claims.

10. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing violates the law.

11. Providing personal data is voluntary (it is not a statutory or contractual requirement), but failure to provide it makes it impossible to answer your inquiry.

12. The Controller will not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including through profiling.
