Profile
Oleksii Halychyi holds a degree in thermal engineering. He graduated from Cherkasy State Technological University in Ukraine, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering, followed by a Master’s degree with distinction in the same field. His professional and academic experience to date covers issues related to energy, technical design, thermal process analysis and laboratory work.
In his work to date, Oleksii has been involved, amongst other things, in energy consumption analysis, energy demand planning, monitoring the parameters of thermal and electrical installations, and the design of mechanical structures and equipment components for R&D purposes. He is interested in electrical equipment and plasma processes. He has experience in preparing 3D models, technical documentation, assembly diagrams and analyses of physical processes using specialist engineering software.
Oleksii is also a co-author of scientific publications and conference papers on topics including heat storage technology, heat transfer processes, water distillation and thermochemical reactions.
Oleksii has been working at RIC Pro-Akademia in the Energy Conversion and Resource Recovery Research Group since 2026.
