Mateusz Haładaj is a graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, Faculty of Biotechnology and Food, majoring in biotechnology, specializing in fermentation technology. His main scientific interest is brewing, including preserving beer through the use of natural additives. During his studies, he was the coordinator of the brewing section of the Kollaps research club. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Natural Products Laboratory team.
