Profile
Eliza Kmiecik is a graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, major: food technology and human nutrition, specialization: food and cosmetic raw materials chemistry. She has experience in research not only on food products, but also on medicinal plants. Eliza is a member of the Laboratory of Natural Products team at the RIC Pro-Akademia since 2019.
