About the project
The subject of the project is the development of a new product, which is a modular, tank system for small-scale hydrogenation processes. The system will allow for controlled hydrogen dosing to the reactor with a small volume, at controlled temperatures and high pressure. The system will be dedicated to hydrogenation reactions requiring high pressures up to not less than 170 bar, high temperatures up to not less than 190 degrees C, volume not less than 10 ml and not more than 100 ml, dosing control of not less than one gas dispensed from a cylinder or installation. The system will be used by scientists for research into innovative materials and processes. The solution will be open to expansion, it will provide remote control, control, data archiving and parameter programming in a simple way, without specialist knowledge of the construction and operation of controllers. End-users will be involved in the process of developing and implementing innovations in the field of, inter alia, identifying needs, testing the prototype with their participation, reviewing, conclusions and summarizing the implementation. The most important result of the project as a whole will be the start of offering a new product by the company, which will contribute to the expansion of the company's markets and offer, increasing its revenues, as well as the possibility of implementing other innovative projects. Product innovation, which is the subject of the project, will consist in starting the production of a new product, unique in terms of features compared to the offers of the competition.
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020, sub-measure 2.3.2 "Vouchers for innovation for SMEs", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
