Project title: Innovative automation and control software for conducting chemical processes of multi-component substrate groups in three independent tanks


The subject of the project was the development of a new product: automation and control software for conducting chemical processes of multi-component groups of substrates in three independent tanks. The Client introduced a new product answering the reported customer demand - a unit for conducting processes in 3 tanks at the same time with a volume of tanks from 25-350 ml, with heating, cooling, mixing and pressure control. As part of the project, RIC Pro-Akademia performed industrial research and developed prototype technical solution, as well as perform tests engaging potential users. The solution ensures stable control of temperature - heating and cooling, mixing, and pressure level for three independently working tanks. The set parameters and data implemented during processes are displayed in real time, recorded and archived. The user is able to control the process remotely via the Internet.
