We had the pleasure of attending the events that made up the Ph.D's Day. Our presentation entitled "Young scientist in context of current challenges of the Polish economy." was the starting point for discussion about conditions, which must be met by a doctoral student or a young, inexperienced doctor to work in nowadays company.
