Transmission line easement was enforced into law by an amendment to the Civil Code on 30.05.2008. It’s one of limited property rights, which is similar to an easement appurtenant. This servitude is established for the benefit of entrepreneur who sells energy. He can be in two positions: he is going to build devices, which are going to transmit energy or has already built them. The devices are set on somebody else’s property. The transmission line easement can be established by a mutual agreement, a verdict or an acquisitive prescription.
