Agnieszka is a graduate of the University of Management in Wrocław and the University of Zielona Góra, where her major was management and marketing. In 2003, she defended her master's thesis entitled "Economic and non-economic methods of motivating employees". Agnieszka supports the Management Board of RIC Pro-Akademia in its day-to-day activities.
